The field of accounting is constantly changing, so you need an education that will best train you with the skills to meet these changes. Andover College's Accounting Certificate program is designed to reflect the skills demanded by the business community. Course outcomes are discussed between our knowledgeable instructors and local business leaders and adjusted accordingly. Our goal is to give you an education that will help you stand out to employers.

 Certificate 

Andover College's Accounting Certificate program does not require you to have a degree or previous experience to enroll. The credit hours you earn in this program may be applied toward an associate degree program. The goal of this program is to help you find entry-level employment and to successfully complete the Certified Bookkeeper exam* administered by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

 Career Opportunities 

There are numerous opportunities for accountants due to the nature of the profession. All types of companies need accountants to handle their daily activities. Upon graduation, you can seek employment in public accounting firms, corporations, government agencies, and as an entrepreneur.
